Large western Massachusetts based energy efficiency service provider seeking an Efficiency Coordinator to meet our growing needs. We serve income eligible clients, make homes more energy efficient, and to do our part to save the planet!  This position requires both field work and office tasks. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage their own client case load and supervise several weatherization technical field staff, oversee contractor quality and production, and act as a member of the departments management team.

The ideal candidate will have direct experience working with clients, have exceptional time management and organizational skills, plus the ability to work with multi-year deadlines and have good attention to detail. We work with multiple databases.  The ability to collect and document information plus ensure that all information is input correctly is a must. This is a 37.5 hour a week position with a pay range of $29.77-$31.58 per hour.
