Energy Home Repairs Coordinator (Greenfield)
Large Western MA social service agency has an opening in the Energy Department for a Home Repairs Coordinator. This position requires working in the field with clients and performing office tasks. The ability to manage your own client case load while meeting the needs of our grant compliance is a must. This position oversees a HUD funded Older Adult Home Modification program, local block grant funded home rehabilitation programs, and acts as a member of the departments management team. Some minor direct installation of home improvements is part of the home assessments.
The ideal candidate will have experience working directly with clients and subcontractors of all trades, and will have exceptional time management and organizational skills. Attention to detail is key. We work with multiple databases collecting and documenting information. Accuracy of inputting this information into the databases set by funding sources is a must. This is a 37.5 hour a week position with a pay range of $29.77-$31.58 per hour.
