Director of Operations for Wheelchair Repair Contract
(This is a Full time 35 hours / Week Benefits Eligible Position)
Stavros is looking for a Director to manage our operations for the NEW Wheelchair Repair Contract who will report to the Director of Independent Living. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of Project Management, preferably in a non-profit environment or Project Management Professional Certification.
Skill-set musts for this position include excellent communication and writing skills, as well as dedication to serving individuals with disabilities.
Primary responsibilities for this position include ensuring compliance with the terms of the Wheelchair Repair Contract, including securing and coordinating necessary resources, oversight of all contract-related activities, and to act as liaison between Stavros, EOHHS and other provider(s) as needed and to monitor policies and procedures for effectiveness and implement changes when necessary.
