Healthy Families Home Visitor Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) (Greenfield) $2,000 bonus 
 
Joining our Healthy Families program is not just a job, it is an opportunity to be involved in meaningful change in the lives of young families.  As a home visitor you partner with young parents to help them with everything from navigating parenting challenges and understanding child development to reaching personal goals like graduating college or gaining employment.
 
Healthy Families is an intensive and culturally humble parenting support program that provides in-home coaching and support to first time pregnant and parenting youth aged 23 & under and their babies.  Our approach is parent-led, inclusive, strength-based and trauma-informed. Home Visitors provide intensive family support by meeting regularly with participants, completing assessments, developing goal plans, providing referrals and educating parents on child development & positive parenting. 
 
We are seeking an organized, compassionate and reflective person to join the Franklin County team. Experience serving families with infants and toddlers and working with diverse populations required.  Full-time. Daily travel throughout Franklin Co./North Quabbin region - reliable transportation required. Extensive web-based and paper documentation.  Must be able to work independently, be flexible with schedule & demonstrate excellent problem-solving.  Minimum of H.S. diploma or equivalent. Previous experience with home-visiting or parenting a plus! Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) required and language differential provided. Hourly pay range $21.51-$22.82.  Office is located in Greenfield, MA.
