Leadership Development Manager

Community Action Pioneer Valley Youth and Workforce Development Department is seeking a Leadership Development Manager. This role is responsible for management of the department’s youth leadership programming including program design and delivery, procurement of funds, budget oversight, and data and performance measures. As well as staff recruitment, hiring, supervision and professional development. Focusing on increasing access to quality care, support, and resources for youth/young adults (YYA) ages 14-24, who experience inequitable access to and services from systems of care. This includes, but is not limited to, BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S, persons with disabilities, houseless persons, and?persons adversely impacted by multigenerational?poverty or?other inequality.

This is a full-time position. Pay range $64,000-$68,000/yr.
