Head Start Cook (Northampton) $5,000 Bonus

Community Action Head Start & Early Learning Programs has a unique opportunity for a food service professional. The successful candidate must be highly motivated and have a passion for cooking for children, including preparing nutritious breakfast, lunch, and snacks for infant/toddler and preschool aged children.

This is a 37.5hrs/week school year, 35 hrs/week summer months (14 weeks) position. High school diploma or GED and 1 years cooking experience, current SERV safe and allergen awareness certifications. Must have a good driving record. Excellent benefits, training, supervision and collaborative environment. Employment contingent upon satisfactory completion of a background investigation, including CORI, DCF, SORI and fingerprint-based checks. Pay range is: $20.21- $21.44
