Head Start Practice Based Coach: Education Coach (Across our Service Area) $5,000 Bonus

Head Start program seeks experienced and passionate early childhood professional to provide targeted coaching to our talented educators working with children birth to five, in a variety of settings. Preferred candidate will have a strength-based approach, excellent knowledge of early childhood development and demonstrated ability to support and mentor diverse educators in their evolving practice. Must be knowledgeable of EEC and Head Start regulations, experience with reflective practice highly preferred.

Program will provide training for CLASS proficiency and in the Brazelton Touchpoints approach, used throughout the Program. Minimum qualifications include a BA in ECE or closely related field, 2 years in ECE setting and 1 year of coaching/mentoring early educators.  Full-time position, competitive salary and excellent benefits, highly collaborative work environment.  Salary Range:  $31.30-$33.20/hour + .50-$1/hr bilingual differential if applies.
