Jacek Kaspszyk, Conductor; 2015 International Chopin Piano Competition Winner, Seong-Jin Cho. For over a century, the Warsaw Philharmonic has been one of Poland's most distinguished musical institutions. They will be joined by the 2015 International Chopin Piano Competition Winner, Seong-Jin Cho, for a program that includes Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 3 in C Minor, op. 37, the Brahms Symphony No. 2 in D Major, op. 73 and Polish melodies No. 2 by Mieczyslaw Weinberg. “Sensational…one of the best-kept secrets in the business.” – Los Angeles Times Pre-concert talk at 6 p.m. in the Concert Hall Lobby.
