This planning and evaluation framework provides a disciplined way of thinking, planning and acting on big challenges requiring collective action. It helps contributing organizations develop performance measurement by asking three transformational questions: How much did we do? How well did we do it? Is anyone better off? This tool-based series gives you the skills you need to begin to embed RBA into your organization and programs. No prior experience with RBA is necessary. Participants are encouraged to come in organizational teams, including management, staff and board members, although individuals are welcome to join. Participants are expected to attend all sessions.
