Developed by Dr. Fadia Nordtveit, the Inclusive Business Model Canvas (IBMC) is a tool that helps entities build a foundational structure based on the principles of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB). IBMC was created after years of research and prototyping in academic and industry settings that work with organizations to re-prioritise and re-calibrate their structures to meet DEIB goals.
