Description
Gregory Chilenski, a landscape and portrait painter of 20 years, has been looking at people as a therapist for over 30 years, so it is timely for him to now to concentrate on portraiture, showing peoples' inner selves through looking and listening at the same time. He states: “Color gets me free of words. Standing at the easel, in front of a sitter or a landscape, with oil crayons sometimes as big as a flashlight, I make light happen through how colors ignite each other."
