Ginny Hamilton, RYT, Reiki II
Pain specialist, yoga instructor, and Reiki practitioner Ginny Hamilton’s multifaceted approach teaches people how to release pain, realize habits causing pain, and revitalize healthy habits for painless living. Brandon Wawrzonek, BS, NSCA-CPT
Strides Human Performance Institute coach Brandon Wawrzonek specializes in holistic fitness, functional movement training, sport performance and injury prevention for athletes of all ages and abilities. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from UMass Amherst and is a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
