Collaborative-ly is a company that provides custom online and onsite talks,  workshops, trainings, evaluations and research to help businesses and organizations build a more diverse, equitable, inclusive, and impactful workplace.

Our talks, workshops, trainings are designed to be transformative and help companies develop a DEIBI portfolio. We use IDI as a tool to develop intercultural competency. We have developed our own model of DEIBI called the Inclusive Business Model Canvas that we use in our work with clients.
