WFD Young Parents Program Coordinator
Community Action Pioneer Valley is seeking a full-time (37.5 hours per week) Coordinator for the Young Parents Program (YPP).
The coordinator provides direct participant services, program leadership including staff training, supervision, completion of data reporting, for a performance-based program providing services focused on education and career, parenting and family support for young families receiving DTA TAFDC benefits throughout Franklin and Hampshire Counties. Work with families to identify goals, reduce barriers, implement education curriculum using a trauma informed and positive youth development approach. Strong collaboration skills required. Track, monitor, and report program outcomes. Develop processes for ongoing quality improvement of program implementation. Experience in workforce development program and successful staff supervision skills required.
Candidates must pass a CORI and have a reliable vehicle, and a safe driving record. Strong team, positive work environment, excellent training. $25.72-$27.30 per hour depending on qualifications.
