Massachusetts actually has many great seasons for edible mushrooms. Ryan Bouchard and Emily Schmidt will present a slideshow class featuring all-local mushroom photography on how you can learn to safely find and enjoy these wild fungi. It will cover the basics of mushrooms science and safety, and show you the many diverse and delicious autumn species of our area, including several that are considered safe for beginners to use in cooking.
