Empty Bowls is a unique and memorable event that celebrates community and creativity, while bringing awareness to the very real local problem of hunger. Join us anytime from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. for a simple, delicious meal and good cheer. You can also take your soup to go! You select a beautiful bowl handcrafted by local potters and enjoy a seasonal meal of soup, bread, salad, and dessert donated by local restaurants. The keepsake bowl is yours to take home as a reminder of the bowls that go empty in western Massachusetts, as well as the inspiring work you are supporting, ending hunger in our community. Event proceeds support our food and nutrition programs, which serve more than 6,000 food-insecure residents of Hampshire and Franklin Counties.
