Community Action Pioneer Valley is seeking a full-time (37.5 hours per week) Career Navigator. An exciting position working with job seekers in Franklin and Hampshire counties. The Career Navigator will develop compassionate and respectful relationships with participants using a strength-based, goal-oriented approach. The Career Navigator provides job readiness training, case management, job search tools, educational support and job development for all enrollees. Support participants in their next steps and in overcoming barriers to those goals. Additionally, the Career Navigator develops relationships with employers throughout the region to support participants in securing full-time employment. The Career Navigator will work in collaboration with partner programs. The Career Navigator is responsible for administrative tasks including maintaining case notes, data entry, document collection, and ensuring that program standards are maintained.
Candidates must pass a CORI and, have a reliable vehicle, and a safe driving record. Strong team, positive work environment, excellent training. $21.91-$23.25 depending on qualifications.
