Community Action Pioneer Valley is seeking a full-time (37.5 hours per week) Coordinator for the Skill Up Career Navigation Program. The coordinator provides program leadership including staff training, supervision, completion of data reporting, payment processing, and program oversight for a program providing Career Navigation to Department of Youth Services youth throughout the 4 counties of western Massachusetts.  Supervises four Career Navigators, using trauma informed care and Positive Youth Development approaches.  Strong interagency collaboration skills and staff supervision skills required.  Track, monitor, and report program outcomes. Develop processes for ongoing quality improvement of program implementation. 

Candidates must pass a CORI background record check, and have a reliable vehicle, and a safe driving record. Strong team, positive work environment, excellent training. $27.80-$29.51 per hour depending on qualifications.
