Role Description
This is a full-time or seasonal (asap through September) on-site role for a Property Maintenance professional/Landscaping & Paint professional located in Amherst, MA. The individual will conduct general maintenance and repair tasks for residential and commercial properties, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and safe. We already have a small team handling most of the calls from tenants, so the responsibilities will mostly include, mowing, landscape work, painting, power-washing, in addition to other tasks.
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants and colleagues. We are a small team!
- Knowledge and experience with Commercial and Residential Real Estate maintenance operations a plus
- Technical skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or HVAC systems are highly beneficial but not required
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and organize the week's tasks (we will provide guidance and have weekly meetings in office).
- Reliable transportation and the ability to meet physical demands of the role, such as lifting and operating tools/mowers
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in property maintenance or related fields are a plus but not required
