Dear Local Business Community, Friends, and Allies:
We are reaching out to you on behalf of Amherst Pride, a local group dedicated to promoting and celebrating the LGBTQ+ community in Amherst and the surrounding areas. Our mission is to create a safe and inclusive environment for all individuals regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression.
Building on the success of 2022 Amherst Pride at the Mill District, we are excited to be planning Pride-month activities throughout Amherst. Our goals this year are to draw even larger attendance as well as expand our programming in Downtown Amherst. With your support, we can make this vision a reality. As a valued member of our community, we believe that your sponsorship would help us to create an unforgettable experience for all attendees.
With your support, we can provide a platform for members of the LGBTQ+ community to express themselves freely and be celebrated for who they are. We aim to foster a sense of belonging and promote acceptance, while also raising awareness of the issues facing our community.
Your sponsorship will be acknowledged throughout at the event(s) you sponsor, on promotional materials, and on social media. We would be happy to discuss any additional opportunities for promotion that you may be interested in. We believe that our partnership would be mutually beneficial, as it would allow us to continue our mission and provide you with exposure to a diverse and engaged audience.
See a list of Amherst Pride programming and sponsorship levels, enclosed.
Thank you for considering our request for sponsorship. We would be happy to discuss any questions or concerns you may have, and we look forward to the opportunity to work together.
