Description
A new Yoga class to improve health and fitness has been added to Amherst’s LSSE programs.
“Ways to Wellness – Polarity Yoga” includes a series of movements developed by Dr. Randolph Stone. Polarity Therapists use these movements and breathing practices to aid individuals in establishing balance and harmony both physically, emotionally and mentally.
The movements are easy to learn and promote a deep level of relaxation.
Classes will run Wednesdays from 6 to 7:15 p.m. at the Bangs Center from March 28 to May 16.
