About Us
Summit To Success, Inc. is a Western Massachusetts-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit creating practical pathways to opportunity for young people and communities locally and abroad.
Our work is built around four interconnected areas: expanding access, strengthening community, building readiness and capability, and connecting people to future opportunities. Through educational support, community initiatives, practical learning experiences, leadership and volunteer opportunities, career exploration, professional connections, and work-based experiences, Summit creates multiple pathways for people to learn, contribute, connect, and grow.
We work alongside schools, nonprofits, businesses, professionals, volunteers, and community partners to strengthen the relationships, resources, experiences, and opportunities available within communities. Rather than operating disconnected programs, Summit is building an ecosystem where access, community, development, and opportunity reinforce one another over time.
