About Us

Animal Aura Yoga offers thoughtfully curated puppy yoga and snuggle sessions designed to support mental well-being while promoting healthy early socialization for puppies. Our experiences create a calm, welcoming environment where participants can slow down, reduce stress, and reconnect through gentle movement, mindful breathing, and meaningful interaction with puppies.

Each session is structured to be safe, intentional, and enriching—for both people and pups. Guests often report improved mood, reduced anxiety, and a sense of connection, while puppies benefit from positive exposure to new sights, sounds, and people in a controlled, nurturing setting that supports confidence and social development.

We proudly partner with local people with litters of puppies to be socialized ( pups are not for sale or adoption) and offer private events, team-building experiences, and community programs. Our mission is to foster wellness, connection, and joy—one mindful moment and one puppy snuggle at a time.
