DIRECTOR OF ASSESSMENTS – FULL TIMEThe Town of Belchertown is accepting applications for a Director of Assessments. This full-time position is responsible for implementing municipal assessing procedures in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws and Department of Revenue regulations. The Director performs appraisal and classification of real and personal property, manages the Assessing Department’s operations, and serves as staff support to the Board of Assessors while working collaboratively with the
