Five years after the Arab uprisings began, the Middle East remains mired in violence, militancy, civil conflict and autocratic rule. What are the socio-political, structural and institutional factors that prevented the emergence of an Arab Spring and what are the lessons learnt? What are prospects for stability and what is the U.S. government's current policy towards the region? Join us for a discussion with renowned scholar, Dr. Muqtedar Khan (University of Delaware) and others.
