Dealing with difficult people requires special knowledge and skills that all leaders must possess. Identifying causes of poor performance, establishing clear expectations, and communicating them objectively leads to better success in helping employees meet their work goals. Develop a documentation process that is based on facts and observable behaviors. Participants will learn to write and conduct effective performance reviews. (Class #1 - Understanding Your Leadership Role must be taken prior to enrolling in this class individually).
