Assistant to the Director of Child & Family Support Services $5,000 Bonus

Come join our dynamic team and help us support young children and families!  Community Action’s Head Start Program is seeking an Assistant to the Director of Child & Family Support Services. The Assistant provides overall administrative support to the Department, ensuring high quality services through record keeping, monitoring, tracking, organization and coordination of various activities, child screening and more. The ideal candidate will be a curious and analytical thinker with a passion for improving systems and making a meaningful contribution. This person will have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, effective organizational and time management skills, and excellent communication and computer skills.

This is a full time (37.5 hrs/wk) position. Pay range $22.77-$24.16/hour plus bilingual differential of $0.50-$1.00. Community Action offers a supportive work environment, outstanding benefits, training, professional development and outstanding benefits.
