DESCRIPTION:Gear-up for Will Bike 4 Food   The Food Bank of Western Massachusetts' annual ride to end hunger   by joining us at Mill 180 Park for a special kick-off event. Whether you've already registered to ride this year's Will Bike 4 Food (Sept. 24)\, or simply want to learn more about the exciting ride through the Pioneer Valley\, everyone is welcome to this free and informal kick-off. Meet other like-minded cyclists as you learn about: general information about Will Bike 4 Food effective fundraising strategies upcoming training rides training tips more Local cycling expert Tracy Roth (a Level 3 USA Cycling Coach) will be on-hand to answer your questions about long-distance cycling\, nutrition and hydration. Complimentary light appetizers will be provided\, and cash bar will be available. If you plan to ride with your family\, feel free to bring them to the event.
