DESCRIPTION:New Executive Chef\n\nJim Gilman\n\nPlease join Hickory and help to send a warm welcome to \n\ntheir new team! Light appetizers will be served. \n\n\n\nMeet New Pro\n\nJohn Riordan\n\nJohn has been a PGA member since 1986.  He is a graduate from University of Arizona and a member of their Golf Team.\n\nJim and wife\, Karin have one son\, Parker who is a freshman at Fairfield University and a member of their Men's Division 1 Golf Team.  Their daughter\, Cameron\, is a freshman at Longmeadow High School.\n\n\n\nJohn was recently a Golf Professional at Wampanoag Country Club for five seasons in West Hartford CT.  Of those five seasons he was Assistant Golf Professional for the first two seasons and was rewarded with their Head Pro position for the latter three seasons.  \n\n\n\nJohn also has been assistant Golf Professional at the CC of Farmington\, Hartford Golf Club\, Springfield CC\, and Longmeadow CC. John is well-known in numerous golfing communities as an excellent teacher\, club fitter\, and tournament/league organizer. John is anxious to get the season started and is excited to establish relationships with our golfers. Please stop in and welcome John to Hickory Ridge.  His first day will be this Friday\, March 25th.
