DESCRIPTION:The second annual Amherst Global Village Festival will take place on Saturday\, April 11 from 10 am to 5 pm at the Amherst-Pelham Regional High School (21 Mattoon Street). Hosted by the Town of Amherst and many community partners\, this free and family friendly event is dedicated to celebrating cultural diversity and promoting inclusivity within the community. \n\n \n\nThe Amherst Global Village Festival expands upon previous cultural celebrations by bringing together a vibrant array of activities into a single event\, including: \n\n\n \n Live performances showcasing traditional music and dance. \n \n \n Food vendors offering cuisine from various cultures. \n \n \n Local vendors representing diverse crafts and products. \n \n \n Linguistic Heritage Celebration featuring language-centered performances\, workshops\, and games. \n \n \n Youth Market spotlighting young entrepreneurs' creative products and talents.
