Identifying causes of poor performance, establishing clear expectations, and communicating them objectively leads to better success in helping employees meet their work goals. Develop a documentation process that is based on facts and observable behaviors. Participants will learn to write and conduct effective performance reviews. (Class #1 - Understanding Your Leadership Role must be taken prior to enrolling in this class individually).
