DESCRIPTION:The Amherst Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to host its 23rd Annual Golf Tournament on Friday\, July 17\, 2026 at the picturesque Cold Spring Country Club in Belchertown\, presented by Western Mass Heating\, Cooling\, & Plumbing!\n\n\n\nThe Golf Tournament is the Chamber's biggest fundraiser of the year\, and an opportunity to come together and network with 100+ members of the business community. Enjoy on-course features\, enter in exciting raffles and bid for items in our first annual online auction\, all while enjoying outdoor recreation and some friendly competition on the green before wrapping up the day with dinner and networking.\n\n\n\nA portion of the proceeds also benefits Friends of Lake Wallace\, a group that maintains an accessible 1.25-mile loop sensory trail in Belchertown\, MA.\n\n\n\nNew to Golf? You're Welcome Here.\n\n \n\nYou do not need to be an experienced golfer to be part of the Chamber's Golf Tournament. This event is first and foremost a day of connection\, community\, and support for the Amherst Area Chamber's work to strengthen local business and regional vitality. For those who are newer to golf\, returning after time away\, or simply unsure what to expect\, we are creating a more welcoming pathway to participate.\n\n\n\n\nNew golfer-friendly options may include:\n\n\n	\n	Newcomer Foursomes: Teams designed for newer or casual golfers who want to enjoy the day in a low-pressure\, supportive setting.\n	\n	\n	Ambassador Support: A Chamber Ambassador or experienced golfer may be paired with newer teams to help explain the flow\, etiquette\, and format.\n	\n	\n	Simple "How It Works" Guidance: Participants will receive clear information in advance about the tournament format\, what to bring\, what to wear\, and what to expect throughout the day.\n	\n\n\nWhether you are a longtime golfer\, a first-time participant\, a sponsor\, or a business leader looking to build new relationships\, this event is designed to be welcoming\, fun\, and accessible.
