Winterfest 2012
The first flakes are just a few weeks away but it won’t be long … on February 11, 2012,
the 5th Annual WinterFest celebration returns!
WinterFest 2012 is the best family entertainment all winter! Hundreds of area residents attend each year and we anticipate even more Amherst residents and visitors will want to take part in this year’s 5th anniversary event!
This event relies on community support. Many area families have joined us in the past as sponsors of this amazing event. Please consider an individual sponsorship of $50 or a family sponsorship of $100 or more.
Businesses can join in as well for as little as $50.
Cherry Hill Golf course will come to life…
The spicy hot Chili Tasting Contest, the creative Cardboard Classic, the Frosty Fun Kids Carnival, live entertainment, special surprise appearances by area icons, and of course, super pipe sledding, cross country skiing and warmth by the open fire all day long. And remember, the day ends with FIREWORKS that illuminate one of our town’s most valuable open space…our beautiful golf course!
It cannot come to life without the support of residents and businesses working together to support fun, family, and recreation!
