Elders Learning the Alexander Technique for Self-Care, Balance & Mobility
Monday, February 13, 1:00 – 2:30 pm, Amherst Senior Center, Room 101. This introductory Lecture Demonstration is for anyone curious about the Alexander Technique. It is highly recommended if you intend to take the on-going class beginning March 5. This program is funded in part by Highland Valley Elder Services.
